The Shelby County Relay for Life Committee will be hosting a 3 on 3 basketball tournament at the Relay for Life Event on Friday, August 3rd in Forest Park.
Teams will have 4 players (including sub) and will be registered under one of 3 divisions:
- Jr. High
- High School
- 19 yrs and older
**There will be a girl’s division depending on participation.

Cost is $20 per team and registration deadline will be Friday, July 20th.
Your team may turn in their registration forms and money to Cristi Foster at Shelby Memorial Hospital (217) 774-3961 ext. 1601.
All proceeds will go to the Shelby County Relay for Life 2012.
